Laser Projection System

Scanner Optics’ laser projection system combines proprietary control software with a high-speed galvo scanning system to deliver highly accurate laser projection for manufacturing. Acting as an industrial laser projector, it projects a 1:1 laser outline directly onto the workpiece, clearly displaying contours, reference points, and assembly positions. This enables operators to locate and align large or complex parts quickly and accurately while reducing layout time, assembly errors, and rework.

With support for multiple 3D file formats and advanced large-area calibration, the system also functions as a powerful CAD laser projector. Operators can import CAD models directly and project them instantly onto the workspace, ensuring intuitive operation, consistent accuracy, and significantly improved production efficiency.
