Beam Expander

A laser beam expander is a key optical component in laser processing systems, designed to adjust both the diameter and divergence angle of a laser beam. Often used in conjunction with an F-Theta lens, it enables the expanded beam to be focused into a smaller spot size, improving precision in applications such as laser marking, engraving, welding, and cutting. The magnification of a laser beam expander refers to the ratio of the output beam diameter to the input beam diameter.
