Galvo scan head

Our galvo scan head series stands out for its low noise, minimal thermal drift, and high linearity, maintaining excellent stability and precision even at high speeds. The modular design simplifies installation and maintenance, enhancing system integration. It is compatible with multiple F-theta focusing lenses to support various wavelengths and applications, and supports both 16-bit XY2-100 and 20-bit SL2-100 protocols — making it an ideal solution for laser marking, engraving, and precision micromachining.

High power galvo welding system

Our high power galvanometer welding system integrate advanced technologies to deliver outstanding performance and high reliability. Featuring high-speed digital encoder galvos, the system achieves welding speeds of up to 3000 mm/s, significantly increasing efficiency. A closed-loop control system monitors real-time galvo positioning for optimal accuracy and consistency. The system also includes a rapid laser shutdown function within 10 ms to ensure operator safety.

The GMC galvo control card is built on an embedded software architecture, delivering powerful performance and versatile functionality. It offers flexible laser control interfaces compatible with common industrial laser types, and supports four-axis motion control, enabling innovative solutions for complex precision processing tasks.

Our F-theta lens series delivers high-precision focusing and beam shaping across a variety of wavelengths and working fields, ideal for industrial laser applications.
